Personal data are processed for the purposes of registration, participant management, issuing financial documents, organizational communication, and distribution of Symposium materials. The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of the GDPR, as well as the legitimate interests pursued by the controller.      <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Data are retained for the period required by law \u2013 up to five full accounting periods after the year in which the Symposium took place. Data may be shared with online payment operators (Przelewy24), the accounting office, IT service providers, and authorized public authorities. Data are not transferred outside the EU\/EEA and are not used for marketing purposes.  <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participants have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, transfer their data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Complaints may be lodged with the President of the Polish Data Protection Authority.  <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Personal data are not subject to profiling or automated decision-making. The controller applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure data security.
