General Provisions<\/b>\n<ol>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The 4th Symposium of the Hanna Segal Institute for Psychoanalytic Studies, titled \u201cDogma and Reflection,\u201d will take place in Warsaw on 18 April 2026, at 64 Krakowskie Przedmie\u015bcie St, Warsaw.\n\n<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The Organizer of the Symposium is the Hanna Segal Institute for Psychoanalytic Studies, located at Lanciego 9H, 02-792 Warsaw.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> NIP (Tax ID): 5851467829<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> REGON: 221994104<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Personal Data Controller: The controller of personal data collected through the online registration form is the Hanna Segal Institute for Psychoanalytic Studies, located at Lanciego 9H, 02-792 Warsaw.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Participants of the Symposium are individuals who:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Registered using the online registration form.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Paid the conference fee according to the schedule.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Accepted these Regulations and consented to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of organizing the Symposium.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Information and Contact:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Official website: www.sympozjum.isphs.pl<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Official email: sympozjum@isphs.pl<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Registration through the Symposium website constitutes:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Acceptance of these Regulations.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consent to the processing of data necessary for organizing the Symposium.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Agreement to comply with these Regulations and any arrangements concluded between the Participant and the Organizer.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The registration deadline for the Symposium is provided on the website. The person registering must provide accurate and truthful information.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The Organizer is not responsible for any damages resulting from the Participant entering false information in the registration form.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<b> \u00a7 2. Conditions of Participation<\/b>\n<ol>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Conditions for participation in the Symposium include:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Registration exclusively via the online registration form.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Payment of the Symposium fee through the online payment system.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Online Payments: Transactions are processed through Przelewy24, in accordance with the conditions of the Participant<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2019<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">s bank and payment service providers.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Upon the Participant<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2019<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">s request, sent to sympozjum@isphs.pl, a certificate of attendance will be issued.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Travel, accommodation, and any additional expenses are the responsibility of the Participant.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The Symposium fee includes catering: lunch, snacks, and beverages during coffee breaks.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The Organizer reserves the right to change speakers or modify the Symposium program.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The Organizer may change the date of the Symposium in cases of force majeure.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Clinical materials presented at the Symposium are confidential.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Recording of clinical materials or lectures on any digital device is strictly prohibited.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<b> \u00a7 3. Cancellation and Refund Policy<\/b>\n<ol>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Participation in the Symposium constitutes an educational service provided on a specific date, in accordance with Article 38(12) of the Consumer Rights Act. Therefore, the Participant is not entitled to the statutory 14-day withdrawal right.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The participation fee is non-refundable.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The Participant may transfer their registration to another person provided that:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The Organizer is notified no later than 7 days before the event.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Full details of the new Participant are provided.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The change is free of charge.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> If the Symposium is canceled by the Organizer, a full refund will be issued within 14 days. Additional costs (travel, accommodation, etc.) are not covered.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The Organizer may change the program, order of presentations, speakers, or event format due to circumstances beyond their control. Such changes do not entitle Participants to a refund, provided that the Symposium takes place on the scheduled date.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<b> \u00a7 4. Symposium Materials<\/b>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participants will receive electronic Symposium materials, including speakers<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2019 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">papers, sent on 16 April 2026.<\/span>\n\n<b> \u00a7 6. Claims<\/b>\n<ol>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Claims should be sent to: <\/span><a href=\"mailto:sympozjum@isphs.pl\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sympozjum@isphs.pl<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> or <\/span><a href=\"mailto:kontakt@isphs.pl\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">kontakt@isphs.pl<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Claims may be submitted within 14 days after the Symposium.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<b> \u00a7 7. Personal Data Processing and Security<\/b>\n<ol>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Personal data are processed for the purpose of organizing the Symposium and assisting Participants. After the Symposium, data are stored for audit purposes for five full accounting periods.
