The controller of the personal data of Symposium participants is the Hanna Segal Institute for Psychoanalytic Studies, Lanciego 9H, 02-792 Warsaw, Poland. Personal data are processed for the purposes of registration, participant management, issuing financial documents, organizational communication, and distribution of Symposium materials. The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of the GDPR, as well as the legitimate interests pursued by the controller.

Data are retained for the period required by law – up to five full accounting periods after the year in which the Symposium took place. Data may be shared with online payment operators (Przelewy24), the accounting office, IT service providers, and authorized public authorities. Data are not transferred outside the EU/EEA and are not used for marketing purposes.

Participants have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, transfer their data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Requests may be sent to: kontakt@isphs.pl. Complaints may be lodged with the President of the Polish Data Protection Authority.
